4、 Purpose and Applicable Conditions:

The mixing and stirring series submersible mixer is suitable for various water treatment processes and industrial processes that require uniform mixing and reaction of solid and liquid two-phase or solid, liquid, and gas three-phase media.

The submersible mixer can operate continuously under the following conditions:

6、 Installation system:

The specialized installation system for submersible mixers allows for quick installation and disassembly without the need to discharge wastewater from the tank.

When the pool depth H is less than 4 meters, it is recommended to use installation system one. The diving depth of the submersible mixer can be adjusted vertically as needed, and the maximum angle that can rotate around the guide rod within the horizontal range is plus or minus 60 degrees. The connection surfaces between the lifting system base, support frame, and lower bracket and the pool are fixed with expansion bolts without the need for pre drilled holes. The installation system uses guide steel ropes instead of guide rods, which has the characteristics of convenient transportation and simple on-site installation. This system fundamentally avoids the situation of guide rod bending and deformation caused by transportation, which affects normal use, and effectively improves the phenomenon of inability to lift normally due to installation errors of guide rods when the pool is too deep. Under the installation conditions of a cantilevered pool roof, it appears more convenient and reliable to operate.

7、 Installation precautions:

The guide rod or guide wire should be perpendicular to the horizontal and can be calibrated with a lead hammer;
